A Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas, inspire, and captivate audiences. The role blends creativity with technical expertise to produce designs for digital and print media that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design: Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphics for Printing, marketing materials, websites, and social media.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments and Customers to understand design needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.) to produce high-quality outputs.
Requirements
- Education: Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Skills: Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box, Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Excellent written English for design briefs and content alignment, Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Experience: Previous experience in graphic design roles preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Passion for design and innovation; Attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
